    Everything was wonderful although a male staff member made a rude remark. He said he would not check me in because he 'wanted to go home' despite assisting three women who had cut the line. The woman who did check me in was very nice and personable.

    Thank you very much. I enjoyed my visit in your hostel. The staff was very friendly and I spent a good time visiting Copenhagen.
