Copenhagen Bike Show

    Joy Smith

A successful event is always worth repeating and the Copenhagen Bike Show is no exception.

Positive feedback from visitors and sponsors/exhibitors, and an attendance of more than 10,000 visitors in 2015 to the Copenhagen Bike Show spurred event organizer, Christian Ritter, to repeat the event in 2016.

Prepare yourself for an even larger selection of bicycles, entertainment and activities from March 11-13, 2016.  Vendors will have bicycle parts and equipment on hand, and the bicycles on show will include mountain, tri, road and urban. Have fun and try out a bicycle on one of the test tracks.

Opening hours are from 10 am each day and the venue is Lokomotivværkstedet on Otto Busses Vej, close to Fisketorvet Shopping Centre.  See the map here.  If you go on foot from Central station, head towards Fisketorvet Shopping Centre, or if you prefer to use public transport take the S-train to Dybbølsbro station or bus 30 and head for Otto Busses Vej 5A.

Tickets for the event cost 75 DKK per day and 95 DKK for all 3 days.  There is free admission for children 12 years and under if accompanied by an adult. If you are among the first 2,000 paying guests, claim your goody bag - free of charge.
