Exciting Challenges Including Take Away Meals
Danhostel Skanderborg's chef, Lars Kragelund Pedersen, loves new culinary challenges and is ready for the new concept with, among other things, take away meals.
Lars manages the kitchen at Danhostel Skanderborg with help from his diligent young assistants. Whether it's meals for school camps cooked in huge pots, or delicious menus for the many course participants, he has things under control. There is never a dull day on the job.
Take Away Meals
"Our kitchen is developing into something new. We now sell take away meals. As a cook, it's a very exciting job, where one day I make spaghetti with meat sauce for our young ones at camp school and the next day I make something totally at the other end of the spectrum," explains Lars.
Lars and Danhostel welcome you to dine at Danhostel Skanderborg. There is something for everyone, from the basic to the fancy.
