Danhostel Copenhagen City seeks two full-time receptionists at Europe's largest design hostel.
We are looking for two receptionists for our busy hostel. We need someone who can start immediately, and another person who can start on 15, August 2016.
Both positions are full-time with day, weekend and evening shifts.
You must be over 18 years and be an outgoing person who can focus on the job at hand. You should be able to provide a high level of service even when things get hectic and we are fully booked. It's an advantage if you are a trained receptionist, have knowledge of booking system, Picasso, or knowledge of the Hospitality Industry.
YOU MUST BE ABLE TO SPEAK AND WRITE DANISH AND ENGLISH.
Main Tasks:
• Servicing of guests
• Telephone, chat and email duties
• Guest check-in and check-out
• Ad Hoc
You should be:
• Service-minded and people-oriented. You will be in an international environment
• Able to multitask and deal with stressful situations
• Take pride in doing your job well, have a flair for and maintain a high standard of work
• Be flexible in regard to your schedule
