rengøring på badeværelse var mangelfuld.
Håndvasken var stopppet

Our room was not clean there was black hair on the top bunk mattress and the bathroom was very dirty especially the shower had black mould on the floor n walls it needs to be cleaned my previous visit it was a clean hotel

Hostel was nice but the nine million teenagers thundering (& hollering & shrieking) up & down the hallways at night was not great. It would also be helpful to have a shelf in the bathroom lower than 6 feet from the ground! Minor tech problem with the kitchen door one morning (wouldn’t unlock - had to get help). Breakfast a bit pricey for the quality but not too bad.

Der var problemer med lyset på værelse 1010. Jeg har allerede mailet til receptionen, så jeg tænker det er blevet løst til de næste gæster.
