The stay itself was great: the rooms, the breakfasts etc. However a big minus from the communication in advance. I had written in several emails that we'd like to order lunches and dinners and asks that by when they should be ordered. I never got a reply. Then about a week before arrival I got the information package (why only then??) and suddenly it was too late to order the lunches and dinners. Also you had booked us a breakfast at 7.30 without asking from us! That didn't suit our program at all. Luckily that could be changed. At the arrival I informed that one of the students had had to cancel due to health reasons and is requesting to get her money back from the breakfasts. I was told to send an email. I did and never got a reply. At the checkout I brought this up again. Then the person serving us went to ask from someone and it could be arranged. And not to mention the lost passport incident. You promised to put them in the safe and then at checkout out three people were looking for them for 10 min. So good facilities and location but the attitude and some systems should be changed.

Udmærket - sødt og venligt personale både i cafeen og receptionen.

Eneste skår i et ellers godt or ordentligt overnatning sted,var, at på det værelse jeg sov - een gæst brugte seng uden at betrække det med det udleverede senge linned. Ulækkert ! Jeg nævnte det for receptionsten onsdag morgen, da jeg chekkede ud.

Ellers et sted jeg gerne anbefaler til andre og besøger igen !
