    roommates didnt take into account people were sleeping at 01 o clock in the morning, bathroom was very loud, linen had spots on them.

    Only 1 wc for 8 guests is not ideal. Some disturbtion over late/early arrival 03:20!! Dont know If you have check in at nighttime or some guests had an intensive night at the town.

As for the late-night disturbance, our reception is open 24/7 to handle any situation. But we don't check guest in later than midnight, so it must have been a guest who had been out.
