Functions of the Main Office

Danhostel's Main Office is in Frederiksberg. It functions as the overall administrator of the 63 hostels, which are currently part of the Danhostel brand, and performs the following tasks:

• Distributes Danish and Foreign language catalogues/brochures to guests
• Issues Danish and International hostel cards
• Provides written information regarding accommodation at hostels in Denmark and abroad
• Handles complaints
