Danhostel Vordingborg courses

Danhostel Vordingborg in association with TAMU-Centre Vordingborg would like to arrange your course, meeting or conference with full board.  Our rooms are equipped with AV equipment, etc. and are great for large or small groups. Our conference centre has 2 meeting rooms with space for 140 and 240 participants. We have room for:

1. Short Meetings

- Plan competitions, etc.

- It is possible to rent a room for 3 hours for DKK 1000 + VAT. If you just need a meeting room and a single meal, please inform us. 

2. Day Meetings

- Hold your day meeting in lovely, bright surroundings with free parking located on the outskirts of Vordingborg. We offer day meeting for 10-240 people.

- 8am: Arrival. Breakfast buffet with freshly baked bread.

- 12pm: Delicious lunch buffet including beer or water.

- 3pm: Coffee/tea and homemade cake of the day.



Water and fresh fruits are provided in the meeting rooms all day. Price per person: 316 DKK + VAT. There are AV equipment, flipcharts, whiteboards and other equipment in the room. Sound systems can be rented. Please request at booking. Extend your meeting day and order a meal, including dinner according to your desire. Call for details.

3. Meetings with Accommodation

Day's Schedule

- Morning coffee with freshly baked bread

- Coffee/tea ad libitum

- Lunch with beer or water

- Afternoon coffee with homemade cake

- 2-course dinner, excluding drinks

- Accommodation

- Breakfast buffet

The price per person in a single room is 825 DKK and 725 DKK in a double room. Prices exclude VAT. There will be coffee, tea, ice water, fresh fruits ad libitum in the conference rooms throughout your stay.
