Denmark's Railway Museum

Denmark's Railway Museum is in the centre of Odense in the rustic depot dating back to 1954. Experience Danish Railway history – from the oldest preserved locomotive from 1868 to a large diesel-electric locomotive. Trains fascinate both young and old, and there are ample opportunities to touch, play and use your imagination at the museum. There is access to many of the museum's locomotives and cars, so you can be the passengers on hard, wooden seats in an old passenger car while the children pretend to be locomotive drivers in the huge steam locomotive.
