Danhostel Sandvig is in Allinge in North Bornholm. Regardless of the age and interest of your group, we will make sure that you have a memorable stay. There is magnificent nature which starts just outside the door of our Danhostel.

Our 27 rooms have private bathrooms. We offer free Wi-Fi, free parking, and a patio with a covered terrace, where you can barbecue and relax in our backyard. The bus stop is just outside the door. Our breakfast buffet includes various types of bread, cheese, jams, cold cuts, yoghurt, muesli, plus hot and cold drinks. We serve breakfast between 7:30 am and 9:30 am, and other breakfast options are available if you are part of a group, school camp, or a craftsman. Let us know in advance if you would like to order dinner.

Sandvig and the surrounding areas such as Allinge, Gudhjem, Svaneke offer beautiful scenery, sandy beaches, harbours, restaurants, smokehouses and attractions. You can easily bike around the entire island in one day. Visit attractions such as Hammershus Castle ruins, and go on a fishing or sailing trip at Hammershavn.  Try the smokehouses in Svaneke and Gudhjem. Other fun activities include kayaking, biking and hiking. If you visit during the summer months, visit Paradise Hills (Paradisbakkerne), and pick raspberries, blueberries and other fruits. The islands of Christiansø and Frederiksø are also worth a visit. We can assist you if you need to rent a bus, sports hall or anything else.  Just ask at reception.
