Danhostel Ebeltoft is a unique hostel, with a special wing just for school camps. We are situated in a beautiful area with an outstanding sea view. The city and forest are our closest neighbours.

When school camps stay at Danhostel Ebeltoft, they make the best choice. What about a trip to Djurs Sommerland, Frigate Jylland (the world’s largest wooden ship), Kattegat Centre or Ree Park? How about a trip to our newly renovated swimming pool 300 m from the hostel? The possibilities are endless and that is why so many school camps spend time at Danhostel Ebeltoft.  They know they will have a great experience. School camps which spend a minimum of 2 nights at our hostel get free entrance to the swimming pool (1 swim session for the whole class).

There is a ball ground just 300 m from Danhostel Ebeltoft.  Use it for free. When you stay with us, nature is included in the package. In the evenings, sit and admire unspoiled nature and a view of Ebeltoft Bay, where the frigate's mast can be seen in the background. We help with bus tours for the attractions you would like to visit. If the weather takes a turn for the worst, spend a couple of hours in our sports hall, as we are part of Ebeltoft Sports Centre.

Our kitchen makes healthy, nutritious food that everyone can enjoy. (We consider special needs, e.g., diabetics or those who for religious reasons do not eat certain foods). Packed lunches and drinks are provided for day trips.
