An increase of 24% at Danhostel Kalundborg

    Line Juhl

Danhostel Kalundborg has experienced an increase of 24% compared to 2015. Tourism is flourishing in the West Zealand City as evidenced by the results at the hostel.

Jens and Ulrikka Worsøe, hosts at Danhostel Kalundborg, describe the summer results as "super" and note that there are many Swedish and Norwegian guests. The number of visitors have not been this high for several years.

The aftermath of the financial crisis seems to have finally died out, and one can now expect to see many tourists in Kalundborg. The hosts at Danhostel Kalundborg believe that the increase is due to Kalundborg and Danhostel’s ability to meet the demands of the guests, which are natural surroundings, authentic experiences and relaxation in a peaceful setting.
