Danhostel Ringsted is centrally located and provides accommodation for all types of groups.  We offer full board as part of your accommodation package and packed lunches for your trips to visit the attractions. There are also great opportunities for evening activities held just a 2-minute walk away in the city centre.

We provide 16 family rooms, all with private bathrooms. Wi-Fi and parking are free of charge and we have a cosy TV lounge which will fit all in your group. We have a beautiful terrace and a lovely garden with big old trees, where you can relax and enjoy the surroundings.

Ringsted city centre is just a stone's throw away. Ringsted Sports Centre, located 1 km from our Danhostel, offers a variety of sporting activities including swimming.  If you prefer a group tour of museums, visit Ringsted Museum and Windmill, and Ringsted Tram Museum located 15 km north of our hostel. BonBon-Land's fun activities are only a half an hour drive away. Tour the nearby galleries, monuments, sculptures and memorials.  There are many from which to choose including the Water Sculpture in the Square, Carl Theodor Zahles Monument or Queen Dagmar Memorial Well.  Check with us about bicycle rentals. The towns of Køge and Holbæk, and the city of Roskilde are less than 40 km away. Each year, Ringsted hosts concerts, fairs and festivals so check with reception to see the events taking place on the dates you plan to stay with us. Try the breweries, restaurants and cafes in the area. St. Bendt's Church features the tombs of several Danish royalties, so take a tour and learn more about Denmark's first brick church while you visit the tombs. If you have shopping on your to-do-list, Ringsted Outlet Centre has the largest amount of outlet stores and offers attractive discounts on many brand-name products.
