Danhostel Silkeborg is one of Denmark's best-situated hostel.  We are near the centre of beautiful Silkeborg at a location near the forest, and the Guden River (Gudenå) which runs in our back yard. 

At our Danhostel, we have space for most event.  Whether it is a baptism, confirmation, party for a relative, school anniversary, company party, wedding or any other, you are welcome to call us, and we will arrange everything. Our garden is right by the river, so some of your events can be planned outside and you can sit on our outdoor furniture and enjoy the fantastic views of the beech forest and the river with boats, kayaks, and canoes. Our meals are made from scratch and we use seasonal, local ingredients and will work with you to provide the meals you desire.

You can also book accommodation at Danhostel Silkeborg and enjoy our breakfast buffet. We have 26 rooms, most of which have private bathrooms, and each has a private entrance. We offer free Wi-Fi, free parking, a café with an espresso machine and homemade cakes, a TV lounge and laundry facilities.
