Let Danhostel Skanderborg help you plan an event you will never forget. Our two event facilities are our beautiful main building and an attached events room.  (Check for availability). We have room for companies and groups for up to 80 people. We will work with you to create the desired setting for your special day.  Our events package includes table settings and decoration, serving and cleaning. Accommodation can also be an additional part of your package. We provide 16 rooms - all with private bathrooms, and 10 self-contained cabins.

To Engaged Couples

Over the years, several bridal couples choose to get married in our front yard by Skanderborg Lake.  They take their wedding photos near the Lake and in our back yard next to the World War II bunkers in the beech forest. Also, many choose to spend their honeymoon at Danhostel Skanderborg.  In addition to the lake and forest, we have a private jetty.  The beautiful surroundings provide the perfect backdrop for a romantic and relaxed atmosphere. There is also the option of planning a wedding brunch the day after the wedding - a popular event where everyone is relaxed and can enjoy each other’s company in a laid-back setting.

Your wedding package at Danhostel Skanderborg depends entirely on how you want to arrange your event. We can assist with ideas for the entire event; the wedding, event rooms, etc., and accommodation if needed. The package will be unique to you and we will do everything possible to make your special day unforgettable.
