Danhostel Tønder groups

Many groups book accommodation at Danhostel Tønder each year. We have 30 comfortable rooms with space for 2 to 6 people in each room. All have private bathrooms. We offer free Wi-Fi throughout our Danhostel, laundry facilities and 24-hour check-in if you book in advance. Our kitchen prepares delicious meals from fresh ingredients.

Groups of all sizes are welcome to stay with us at Danhostel Tønder.  We are handicap friendly and offer free parking whether you arrive by bus or car.

Close to our Danhostel are cultural offerings, nature and sports. Sports groups who stay with us have access to our sports facility which is only 100 m from our Danhostel.  Here you can enjoy a host of amenities such as steam baths, a hot water pool, swimming pool, climbing walls, a shooting range, etc.

For popular attractions, visit Wadden Sea National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Nolde House Museum and gardens, Museum of Southern Jutland - Cultural History of Tønder, Tønder Art Museum and Black Sun (Sort Sol) where millions of birds fly off into the sunset. The town of Møgeltønder, Slotsfeltladen Culture House which houses, among other things, the Golden Horns (Guldhornene), and Schackenborg Castle are also worth a visit.  An oyster or seal tour is an exciting adventure as well as a shopping trip to Germany.  Close to our hostel are biking and hiking routes.
