The town of Skanderborg is often mentioned when people talk about the beautiful natural surroundings of Jutland's Lake District (Søhøjlandets).  This is something we can boast about at Danhostel Skanderborg.

At Danhostel Skanderborg, we welcome you to hold your meetings, courses or conference in the middle of the King's former hunting forest - with beech trees, fresh air and bunkers from World War II.  Our Danhostel lies right on the shores of Skanderborg Lake and we have perhaps, Denmark's best located course rooms with every AV equipment conceivable, plus diverse opportunities for nature experiences and other diversions during your breaks. We have room for about 55 guests in our largest course room. In addition, we have rooms for 30 or 20 course participants and other rooms for smaller meetings - all with a view of Skanderborg Lake.

We offer day courses and all-inclusive course packages with full board, and accommodation in 16 rooms with private bathrooms and 10 self-contained cabins.

Our kitchen staff do not compromise on the meals they prepare.  Delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner are always on the menu.
